If you want the absolute fastest service on order status, problems, questions or any issues other than ordering a baseball bat, you MUST send an e-mail. We answer every e-mail every day. We spend as little time on the phone as possible so we can spend our productive time making bats.


Inquiries on baseball bat delivery status will ONLY be addressed by e-mail. Baseball bat status questions can NOT be handled by telephone. We answer every e-mail every day and this is a much better way of getting a quick response from us than a phone call.


When will I receive my baseball bat?

Normal production time is 3-4 weeks but it can take as long as 6 weeks depending on our current volume of orders and availability of pro quality wood. THESE ARE CUSTOM MADE TO YOUR SPECIFICATIONS!! These are not off the rack baseball bats. It would take 6 days to make a single bat even if there were no orders ahead of yours.

Is there a way to receive a baseball bat sooner?

There are many players who want X BATS but cannot wait the 3 weeks for X BATS to be made in their choice of colors. We always keep bats in stock in the most popular Models in sizes 32", 32.5", 33", 33.5" and 34" which can be shipped the same day to arrive to you in 2 days. Whenever you need baseball bats right away, call us or e-mail us with your drop dead delivery date. If we have one in stock or can make you one within your time frame, we will let you know the same day.

Please understand that you are ordering a baseball bat custom made to your exact specifications and, as such, orders can NOT be cancelled for any reason. Each bat is made to each individual's choice of model, length, weight, color combinations and name personalization and therefore are not suitable for sale to any other person.

Rush Production Orders have a 5 business day turnaround time starting the day after the order has been received. Rush Production means you jump to the front of thousands of people before you and is subject to availability of wood billets for your model, length and weight. If the correct billets are not available immediately for your bat, Rush Production status will put you first in line when they do become available. We produce new billets weekly and the range of weights is not predictable with a natural material like maple. There is a $30. Per bat charge for rush production and overnight shipping is also available in addition to the Rush Production charge. A single order cannot be mixed with Rush Production and Regular Production as there would be two separate shipments and two separate shipping charges will be incurred.

Return Policy
All X BATS are custom built to your specifications. As wood is a material that is worked by hand, tolerances in sizes and shapes are as close to replicate as humanly possible. While no two baseball bats are exactly alike, they will be consistent to the prototypes. Only bats deemed to be defective in manufacturing and unused will be considered for replacement.
