Ordering information for custom maple baseball bats, ash baseball bats, fungo baseball bats, youth baseball bats, softball bats, trophy baseball bats, baby birth baseball bats and pro player baseball bats.
The best way to order your bat is through the site itself.
Find the bat style and Model you want under the different Menu
buttons. Once you've found the Model you want to order, click
the "Buy Me" button and you'll be taken to screens where you can
select your length, weigh differential (take the length less the
weight differential and you'll get the ounces, so a 33 inch bat
with a -2 weight differential will weigh 33-2=31 ounces), barrel
color, handle color and the name you'd like engraved on your bat
(just like the pros and no additional charge). You can add as
many products as you wish one at a time to complete your order.
Continue to checkout and you'll get a receipt in your e-mail
immediately confirming we have your order.
If you are having trouble with the Buy Me button and you
ONLY want to order a bat or ask a question about ordering a bat

Normal production time is 3-4 weeks and be as long as 6 week
depending on availability of wood and volume of orders. THESE
ARE CUSTOM MADE TO YOUR SPECIFICATIONS!! These are not off the
rack bats. It would take 6 days to make a single bat even if
there were no orders ahead of yours.
Rush Production Orders have a 5 business day turnaround time starting the day after the order has been received. Rush Production means you jump to the front of thousands of people before you and is subject to availability of wood billets for your model, length and weight. If the correct billets are not available immediately for your bat, Rush Production status will put you first in line when they do become available. We produce new billets weekly and the range of weights is not predictable with a natural material like maple. There is a $30. Per bat charge for rush production and overnight shipping is also available in addition to the Rush Production charge. A single order cannot be mixed with Rush Production and Regular Production as there would be two separate shipments and two separate shipping charges will be incurred.
This is the process for making an
X BAT for you. We take our
maple blanks from the drying kiln and weigh them and sort them
according to which Model, weight and length we want to build. We
sort the right weight piece of pre-weighed 3x3x38" maple for,
say, a Model 24 that is going to be 34 inches long and weigh 32
ounces when finished. Then it is turned to the right Model 24
shape. If it passes muster there without any visible internal
flaws in the wood, it is sanded twice, the second time by hand.
Then it is stained and hung to dry, it is re-stained and hung to
dry again. Each step takes a day. Then a coat of finish is put
on. It dries again for a day. Then the labels are put on and
another two coats of finish are applied. It dries again between
coats. Now the bat is ready to be laser engraved with the Model
number, the length and your name. After it is laser engraved a
final coat of finish is applied and after it dries, it is
wrapped, packed and shipped. You can see how much work goes into
a custom bat. Each bat goes through quality control at each step
and about 20% don't make it from start to finish for one reason
or another. When you receive your bat you will see the care that
goes into making it is like no other bat made anywhere. For all
that, we ask your patience.
